In a recent conversation, it was brought to my attention that i might begin to develope a drinking problem. In order to rid myself of this "drinking problem" i will now be keeping up with all the potentially harmful substances that i may ingest throught the day. I will notate the substance, the amount, the time and date, and later update this entry. The list of substances will include everything from fast food, to soda, to alcohol consumption, tobaco use, etc...
